Digital Products As our products are digital, we do not offer refunds for any digital products once they have been downloaded, unless there is a technical issue with the product that prevents you from accessing or using it. In such cases, we will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a replacement product. Please contact us at support@namsell.com within 14 days of purchase if you encounter any technical issues.

Physical Products If you have purchased a physical product from us and it arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us at support@namsell.com within 14 days of receiving the product and provide a photo of the damaged or defective item, as well as your order number and contact information.

If you have changed your mind or are otherwise unsatisfied with a physical product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
